I signed the petition. but it's clear that a ban for a year from the BBS forum isn't enough for him giving mist sent insults to people's profile. Perma ban him might give him some medicine, but I'd bet he'll make alt accounts just to be a prick again. Only way to truly kick him out his make his experience in NG a living hell as much as possible. Spread awareness of him being a prick, block him, and if he kept making accounts, then report to the mods to perma ban each one he makes.
